Dear Glebe Class of 2025,

June is fast-approaching and this year’s Commencement is scheduled for Friday, June 27, 2025.

Location: Glebe Auditorium (Live-stream in the library)
Student arrival: 8:45 AM
Doors open for guests: 9:15 AM
Ceremony start time: 10:00 AM
Please remain in the auditorium for the full ceremony, in support of our entire graduating class.

Mandatory Glebe Class of 2025 Leaving Form - Deadline: Friday, June 6, 2025.
All Class of 2025 students are asked to complete the form posted in the Glebe Grads 2025 Google classroom using their OCDSB email. This form is for both the Commencement ceremony and student contact information.

Commencement Fee - Fee Deadline: Friday, June 6, 2025.
A Fee of $30 will help cover the cost of light snacks and beverages, decorations, dry cleaning of robes, as well as cap keepsakes. Fees can be paid through school cash online, or at the main office by exact cash, cheque, or debit.

Guest tickets - Pick-up Deadline: Friday, June 13, 2025.
Once the Commencement fee has been paid, each graduate will be issued 2 guest tickets to be picked up during lunch or after school only. If you do not need both tickets, please let the office know (Guest tickets are non-replaceable.) Communication will be made if extra tickets become available. The ceremony will also be live-streamed to the Library – guest tickets not required.

Accessibility Needs
Please inform us of any needs, including the use of the school elevator and parking when picking up guest tickets.

Parking permits will be available with ceremony tickets in the Main Office. Permits will extend the time for street parking in areas marked in the vicinity of the school.
