Bonjour et Bienvenue! The Gifted French Immersion Program at Glebe Collegiate Institute provides an enriched learning environment that allows students to explore the curriculum at a deeper and more complex level. Our French Program provides additional opportunities for students with an exceptionality of Giftedness to extend their aptitude in a second language in a variety of subject areas.

Why consider the French Immersion Gifted Program at Glebe
Families are encouraged to apply if a student meets the OCDSB Gifted Program criteria and whose learning needs would be best met in a congregated setting. The program offers differentiation to meet the needs of students with a Gifted learning profile, which includes:

- Increased depth and breadth of understanding
- Grouping students of similar interests and abilities to work together
- Encouraging further development of leadership skills
- Development of creative and critical thinking skills
- Opportunities to extend their learning

Determine your child's English and French Immersion Gifted Centre options.

It is important to note that students in gifted classes are evaluated on the same curriculum, and to the same standards as students in the regular academic program.
