Dear Glebe Class of 2023,
June is fast-approaching and this year’s Commencement is scheduled for
June 27, 2023.
Location: Glebe Auditorium (Live-stream in the library)
Student arrival: 12:00 noon
Doors open for guests: 12:15 PM
Ceremony start time: 1:00 PM
All Class of 2023 students are asked to complete the
Mandatory Glebe Class of 2023 Leaving Form.
This form will allow students to RSVP (attending or not attending) for their ceremony, indicate the number of guest tickets needed (up to 2 per student), as well as provide important student contact information.
Due: June 9, 2023.
A Commencement fee of
$30 will help cover the cost of light snacks and beverages, decorations, dry cleaning of robes, as well as cap keepsakes. Fees can be paid through
school cash online, or at the main office by exact cash, cheque, or debit.
Fee deadline: June 9, 2023.
Guest tickets can be picked up from the office once fees have been paid between May 1 and June 12, 2023. If paid by school cash online, please bring proof of payment. (Tickets will be non-replaceable.)
Please inform us of accessibility needs, including use of the school elevator, when picking up tickets.
Parking permits will be available with ceremony tickets in the Main Office. Permits will extend the time for street parking in areas marked in the vicinity of the school.
